Two Hours Couple or Family

Service Description

Two hours is recommended for the first session with your new counselor. This allows ample time for you to present your concerns. This also helps the counselor to assess your situation and create a care plan for you. This is a combined session two or more family members. If only one person will be in attendance, please schedule an individual session. Your counselor will provide a listening ear and biblical insights. You will be given clear guidance and recommended steps so you can not only survive, but thrive and grow through the crisis or difficulty in your life. No matter what you are facing, our counselors can help you understand yourself better and grow in your knowledge of the God who promises to faithfully walk with you, comfort you, strengthen you and help you. We humbly welcome the opportunity to serve you!

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours prior to the start of your session. If you are cancelling LESS than 12 hours before the start of your session, you must notify your counselor via email. You will be charged a $25 cancellation fee unless your counselor chooses to waive this fee based on your reason for cancelling AND you elect to have your pre-paid fees applied to a future session. If you request a refund, the $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund regardless of your reason for cancelling.
